We are a full-service salon and spa offering a variety of facials, waxing, hair services,
massage therapy, spray tanning, and pedicures.
We require 24 HOURS notice for any cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Any no-show's will be charged 100% of their booked services/services. We do understand that unexpected things happen but ask that you take your appointment times seriously, as this is our livelihood, and be understanding of these policies. If you are not sure you'll be able to make the appointment time you are booking, please consider holding off with booking until you are more confident with your schedule.
Unfortunately late cancels and no-show's happen often in the service industry and not only does our small business and practitioners miss out on an opportunity to provide for their families but that was an appointment time that another client may have booked. Keeping cards on file and staying firm with our late cancel and no-show policies reduce the likelihood of our business getting stood up and deters late cancels. Please respect the time of our business, our practitioners, and other clients at Grand Getaway Day Spa & Salon by staying punctual, keeping appointment times, and never no-showing.
Yes, we offer gift certificates that you can purchase online, in house or over the phone with email delivery. They make a great gift for any occasion.
In the event we have a change in our schedule and need to contact our clients we need a secondary option as phone calls do not always get answered and inboxes are often full.
